This sports arena changed its name thrice since it was opened in 1994. From 1994 to 2000, the stadium was referred to as the Kiel Center. From the year 2000 to 2006, it was named as the Savvis Center.
Besides St. Louis Blues (NHL), there have been some other tenants of this arena, which include Saint Louis Billikens (NCAA Division I) (1994-present), St. Louis Steamers (MISL) (2004-2006), St. Louis Ambush (NPSL) (1994-2000), St. Louis Stampede (AFL) (1995-1996), St. Louis Vipers (RHI) (1993-1997, 1999), and River City Rage (NIFL) (2006).

Its a Nauticle star and its not too big, the color blue the artist used just ended up setting in really dark. Do you think they can go back over the blue to bring it out or is it to dark to touch up?
It can be lightened up with white ink. White ink is Very Hard to get right and took me about two years of working with it to master it, some make sure you go to a well experience artist for it. But, if you do that, then it will turn out perfect.
